Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR & Operations Executive who can manage HR functions and support daily operations. The candidate should be capable of handling people, processes, and coordination to ensure smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Human Resource Management

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and basic HR operations
• Support employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment

2. Operations Support

• Assist in day-to-day operational activities
• Coordinate between different departments for smooth workflow
• Ensure timely execution of internal tasks and processes

3. Policy & Compliance

• Maintain HR documentation and compliance records
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Prepare reports and maintain operational data
• Support management with updates and execution tracking

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR & Operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and compliance
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
• Experience in manufacturing/electrical industry is a plus
