Our Executive – eCommerce – D2C shall cover responsibility across Sales & Profitability on D2C Channel and Performance Marketing for brand Haus & Kinder.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop and execute the company’s long-term business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Be Responsible for Sales Growth and Profitability

Operations Excellence:

Oversee day-to-day website business as usual operations and order fulfilments.

Revenue & Growth:

• Drive revenue through direct-to-consumer (D2C) website hausandkinder.com
• Lead efforts to identify growth levers and expand into new geographies, channels, product lines, and customer segments.

Customer Experience:

• Ensure a seamless and superior customer experience from the brand across all customer touch-points.

Leadership & Team Development:

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing team. Foster a collaborative and innovative company culture.
• Lead a Team of 2-3 Managers & Performance Marketeers.
