A fast-growing D2C company focused on scaling consumer brands across digital and e-commerce platforms.

Role Overview

The role will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s presence across major e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Quick Commerce platforms. The candidate will drive revenue growth, profitability, visibility, and overall marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marketplace P&L, including revenue, margins, and profitability.
• Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies across major e-commerce platforms.
• Drive GMV growth, visibility, conversions, and repeat purchases.
• Handle marketplace ads, promotions, deal campaigns, and brand visibility activities.
• Manage pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies while maintaining margins.
• Oversee catalogue management, content optimization, ratings & reviews, and search rankings.
• Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams for inventory and order management.
• Build strong relationships with marketplace account managers and stakeholders.
• Analyze marketplace data and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and manage the marketplace team.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace roles within D2C or consumer brands.
• Strong experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace platforms.
• Hands-on experience in P&L management, pricing, promotions, and ads.
• Experience with Quick Commerce platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
