Managing Year, Month and quarter end expectation with stringent timelines Key Accountabilities: People management and team handling skill with ability to coach them and achieve goals. Effective communication with onshore/offshore partners Complete knowledge of Order to Cash cycle. Meet the timeliness and accuracy parameters of cash applications. Work with team to resolve their queries, issues/challenges and provide adequate support/mentorship to meet SLAs. Ability to manage multiple priorities during crunch situations and deliver high performance. Required to possess end to end knowledge of process, tasks, workflow/systems to meet expectations of stakeholders. Strong accounting knowledge to understand the corrections/errors etc. Managing Year, Month, and quarter end expectation with stringent timelines Good analytical skills to understand queries, supply adequate information and complete ad hoc reports/audit support etc. Assist project team in the deployment/testing of any new admin system. Coordination with multiple lines of business for any open items or account related queries or follow-ups Preparation of various MIS, dashboards and other BAU reports needed by Internal Stakeholders. Ability to lead the Workday Accounting Center workstream in at least three full Workday modules. Translating business needs into Workday configuration elements Configuring and customizing the Workday Accounting Center platform to align with the organization’s processes and requirements Providing best practice recommendations based on industry expertise Prior experience in implementing or supporting oracle, workday Finance functionality is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in commerce. Master’s degree in accounting or MBA Finance and Equivalent
