We are looking to hire a confident and proactive HR Intern to support our recruitment and operations. This role is ideal for a fresher who is passionate about human resources, employee engagement, and communication. The candidate will assist in managing HR activities and maintaining smooth coordination within the organization.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and follow-ups
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation processes
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases
- Support internal communication and employee engagement activities
- Assist in drafting and maintaining HR policies and documents
