Brand Associate (Faces Canada) Full Time

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Brand Associate to support day-to-day brand operations. This role involves managing product displays, maintaining brand data and formats, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth execution of brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage product display layouts across platforms
• Maintain brand charts, formats, and guidelines consistently
• Coordinate with Design, E-commerce, and Supply Chain teams for execution
• Track, review, and maintain data related to product performance and brand metrics
• Manage Excel sheets, dashboards, and reporting for internal reviews
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all brand-related data and assets
• Support ongoing brand campaigns and operational tasks

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data handling, reporting, basic analysis)
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Good understanding of brand formats, product presentation, and digital platforms
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

Preferred Profile

• Prior experience in brand operations / e-commerce / retail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ownership and execution mindset
