Part time admin and operations assistant Full Time

About the Role

KAANJJ is heading into a busy season and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented admin assistant to support us 3-4 hours a day on a part-time freelance basis. This is a hybrid/remote-friendly role with potential to grow into a full-time position for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Updating and editing product curations and categories

• Uploading and cleaning line sheets

• Running audits and keeping records up to date

• Managing and responding to emails

• Organising and maintaining digital files and documentation

• Supporting in preparing basic reports and documents

• Coordinating schedules and diary management when needed

• General day-to-day admin support

Who You Are

• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently

• Familiar with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office

• Detail-oriented with good written English

• Discreet and reliable when handling confidential information

• A bonus if you have experience in fashion, e-commerce, or Shopify

• 3-4 hours/day, flexible schedule

• Freelance / part-time to start

• In office in Jaipur or remote from India
