Role Overview

We are looking for a clinically strong MBBS doctor who can bridge science and real-world adoption.

This is not traditional medical affairs.

You will be responsible for:

• Driving clinical understanding among doctors
• Improving treatment adoption and outcomes
• Translating science into practice

Who Should Apply

• MBBS doctor (mandatory)
• 1–5 years of clinical or relevant experience preferred
• Strong interest in dermatology, trichology, or aesthetic medicine
• Excellent communication skills (you must be able to explain science simply)

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager of Medical Affairs will ensure the strategic alignment of medical initiatives with the company’s objectives. This role involves overseeing the development and execution of medical strategies, providing scientific and clinical support to various departments, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Doctor Training & Clinical Enablement

• Conduct scientific training sessions for dermatologists and clinics
• Explain QR678 protocols (NEO, ZEO, PREO) with clarity and authority
• Ensure correct patient selection and protocol adherence

2. Scientific Communication

• Simplify and present complex clinical data
• Build strong narratives around mechanism, outcomes, and differentiation
• Support CMEs, workshops, and conferences

3. Field Engagement

• Work closely with clinics and partners
• Address real-time clinical queries and objections
• Improve doctor confidence and usage consistency

4. Feedback & Product Evolution

• Capture insights from doctors and patients
• Identify gaps in protocol, communication, and outcomes
• Work with internal teams to improve positioning and effectiveness 

5. Medical Research Paper Writing & Medical Protocol Designing

6.Medical Scientific Support:

• Provide scientific and clinical expertise to support product development, regulatory submissions, and marketing activities.
• Oversee the development of medical information and communication materials for internal and external use.

7.Doctors and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and regulatory authorities.
• Represent the company at scientific and medical conferences, meetings, and events.

8.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure the alignment of medical and business strategies.
• Provide medical insights to support market access and pricing strategies.

9.Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze clinical data to support product positioning and differentiation.
• Prepare and present medical reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MBBS, with MD Pharmacology or Dermatology will be preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of working in high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
