Full job description
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) ads
- Generate leads for pageant registrations, sponsorships, and events
- Set up and optimize Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
- Create lead forms and landing page campaigns
- Retarget website visitors and social media audiences
- Monitor CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROAS
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators
- WhatsApp lead automation and follow-up setup
Skills Required
- 2+ years Meta Ads experience
- Experience generating leads (not just likes and followers)
- Meta Business Manager expertise
- Pixel, Conversion API, and Analytics knowledge
- Basic Canva or creative direction skills
- CRM experience (LeadYantra, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- WhatsApp automation experience preferred
Pay: ₹13,374.56 – ₹52,535.97 per month
