BPO Operations Trainer

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Overview
Jaagruk Bharat is looking for a skilled and energetic BPO Operations Trainer who can train, guide, and improve the performance of customer support and operations teams. The candidate should have strong experience in BPO training, process management, team handling, and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for new joiners and existing employees
- Prepare training materials, SOPs, and process documents
- Train teams on communication, sales, customer handling, and process knowledge
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback
- Conduct refresher training and performance improvement sessions
- Coordinate with operations managers for training requirements
- Maintain training reports and attendance records
- Support quality improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a BPO Trainer or Operations Trainer
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in customer support, telesales, or operations processes
- Ability to manage and motivate teams
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting
- Startup mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Candidate must have their own work-from-home setup including laptop/PC, headset, and stable internet connection
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling remote teams
- Knowledge of quality and performance metrics
- Fluent Hindi and English communication
