Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier / Accountant to manage billing, payment handling, and day-to-day accounting operations in our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, organized, and capable of handling financial records accurately while ensuring smooth customer transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer billing and payment transactions accurately
• Manage cash, card, UPI, and bank transfer payments
• Maintain daily cash balance and billing reports
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, and stock-related entries
• Maintain accounts, ledgers, and financial records
• Verify invoices, receipts, and payment settlements
• Coordinate with management for daily financial updates
• Support GST, bank reconciliation, and accounting processes
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of records
• Assist customers with billing and payment-related queries

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: B.Com / Any Commerce-related degree preferred
• Prior experience in cashiering or accounting is preferred
• Knowledge of Tally, Excel, Zoho Books, or billing software
• Good numerical and accounting skills
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and customer handling skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹17,000.00 per month
