Your Role

Lead process improvement initiatives while developing into a future-ready operational leader through structured cross-functional exposure. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence using Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and project management tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, QA, SCM, Engineering, and EHS on global projects
• Lead end-to-end transformation projects across multiple plants
• Participate in structured project stage-gates:
• Idea
• Prioritization
• Solution
• Validation
• Integration
• Deliver measurable outcomes in:

• Work across different plant locations and collaborate with multi-location teams

Key Requirements

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Process Improvement
• Strong hands-on experience in process excellence and project management
• Experience with Lean methodologies:
• VSM
• Kaizen
• Waste Elimination
• Six Sigma and statistical tools:
• DMAIC
• DOE
• SPC
• Strong problem-solving methodologies:
• 8D
• RCA
• FMEA
• Hands-on experience in driving improvement projects
• Strong manufacturing process understanding
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
