Role Overview

The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional retail experience to customers. The role requires handling clients, building long-term relationships, and ensuring premium service standards that align with the brand image.

Key Responsibilities

● Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

● Ensure a personalized luxury shopping experience for every client.

● Maintain client database and follow up for repeat purchases and loyalty engagement.

● Support store events, BTL activities, and promotional activities.

● Ensure the store ambiance and service standards meet retail expectations.

● Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications

· Must be a graduate in any discipline.

· Must hold minimum 1 year experience working with any jewellery brand or high end lifestyle products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
