Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven digital marketing professional to lead and execute omnichannel strategies across ILAMED and Dermalyn Aesthetics. The candidate will be responsible for performance marketing, AI-powered SEO/SEM, social media engagement, content creation and ROI optimization. This role demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution to strengthen brand presence, drive lead generation, and enhance customer conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and influencer channels.
• Leverage AI-driven tools for personalization, automation, and conversion optimization.
• Performance Marketing
• Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with focus on ROAS, CAC, and lead quality.
• Track KPIs using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), HubSpot, SEMrush.
• Content & Branding
• Create engaging content (blogs, reels, videos, infographics) aligned with ILAMED’s academic positioning and Dermalyn’s luxury aesthetics branding.
• Collaborate with creative teams for visual storytelling and luxury brand campaigns.
• Social Media & Community Engagement
• Drive organic and paid growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Build online communities, manage reputation, and engage influencers.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Deliver weekly dashboards on campaign performance, conversions, and ROI.
• Recommend data-backed improvements for continuous optimization.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3–6 years in digital marketing (preferably in healthcare, education or luxury brands).
• Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent specialization.
• Skills Required:
• Strong command of SEO/SEM, GA4, PPC, CRO and marketing automation tools.
• Proficiency in content marketing, social media strategy, meta ads and influencer collaborations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
