Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru South with flexibility for some remote work. The HR Coordinator / Key Account Manager – Recruitment will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, managing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring successful placements. Primary responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing employee relations, and maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures.
