Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Marketing Executive. The Senior Marketing Executive will oversee market research, develop and execute marketing plans, and collaborate with the sales team to enhance business growth. Responsibilities include identifying target markets, crafting and analyzing data-driven marketing strategies, fostering client relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and driving customer engagement to promote Nitco Logistics’ services across its various divisions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to develop and implement strategies based on data analysis and trends
• Strong Communication and Sales skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Active warm sales pipeline (preferred)
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt to the dynamic logistics industry
• 3-5 years on field sales experience of local market
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a strong advantage
• Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset
