Senior Specialist Information Technology Full Time

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Involve in the SAP Operation, supporting trend analysis, and helping identify operational risks and improvement opportunities
• Assist in creating improvement dashboards and KPI reports to identify recurring issues, inefficiencies, and cross-functional gaps
• Analyze SAP operations to identify abnormalities or disruptions by enabling automated alerts and notifications
• Provide support to functional teams in managing cross-functional issues and coordinating resolution efforts
• Participate in crisis and task force activities, supporting recovery coordination and stakeholder communication
• Documentation of findings from incidents and contribution to continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to identifying AI or automation opportunities for operational enhancement
• Support the adoption of AI and automated processes by collaborating with functional teams
• Providing value-added assistance to functional teams as per request, such as Project Hypercare, quarterly Plant Maintenance, and other operational events

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience supporting SAP operations, projects, or SAP functional modules
• Basic programming with database knowhow and ability to write or interpret simple queries (e.g. SQL), academic or project exposure to languages such as Java, Python
• Familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Good analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to details
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn new technologies, such as AI tools, data analytics, and SAP modules
• Exposure to AI/automation concepts is a plus
