Brand Manager – Social Full Time

As part of our marketing vertical, you’ll help create and manage brand worlds that live across digital, social, and e-commerce platforms, blending creativity, strategy, and execution to deliver impact.

What you’ll do

• Client Partnership: Build strong, day-to-day relationships with clients, understand their business deeply, and act as a trusted partner in driving growth.
• Campaign & Content Management: Oversee the flawless execution of campaigns, including planning and maintaining monthly social media calendars and budgets.
• Channel Ownership: Manage brand presence across all social media platforms, ensuring an engaging, consistent voice and experience that grows audience satisfaction.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with strategy and creative teams to brief campaigns, support with benchmarks, best practices, and case studies, and bring ideas to life.
• Planning & Media: Partner with planning teams to identify target audiences, shape campaign strategies, and assist with media planning and execution.
• Performance & Reporting: Track campaign effectiveness, manage budgets, and ensure timelines and deliverables are met with discipline and precision.

What we’d like to see:

• 3+ plus years’ experience in an integrated or digital agency (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of digital and social platforms, including emerging technologies and creative trends.
• Experience managing social media timelines and budgets.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and strong project management discipline.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders with professionalism.
• A proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset.
• Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
