IT Infrastructure & Microsoft 365 Lead Full Time

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Microsoft 365 Lead with strong expertise in Office 365 components, migration projects, Azure administration, and PowerShell scripting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing, supporting, and optimizing our cloud-based infrastructure while ensuring seamless collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
· Office 365 Administration
o Manage and support Office 365 applications (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
o Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Office 365 services to ensure high availability and performance.

· Azure Cloud Services
o Administer Azure Active Directory, virtual machines, and cloud networking.
o Implement security policies, role-based access control, and compliance standards.
o Monitor and optimize Azure resources for cost efficiency and performance.
· PowerShell Scripting & Automation
o Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks.
o Streamline user provisioning, reporting, and system monitoring.
o Enhance operational efficiency through custom automation solutions.
· Networking & Security
o Support network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity to cloud services.
o Ensure secure integration between on-premises and cloud environments.
o Troubleshoot network-related issues impacting Office 365 and Azure services.

Required Skills & Qualifications
· Proven experience of 8-12 years in Office 365 administration.
· Hands-on expertise with Azure cloud services and Azure Active Directory.
· Experience in tenant migration
· Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
· Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
· Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Location: Mohali (Work From Office)
Shift: US Shift / Night Shift (6.30 PM – 3.30 AM)

Pay: ₹700,000.00 – ₹1,100,000.00 per year
