The Founder’s Office – Strategy & Operations plays a critical role in enabling senior leadership to operate effectively across multiple initiatives, organizations, and time zones. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role designed for someone who combines strong organizational capability with excellent presence of mind, discretion, and proactive thinking.
The role requires close partnership with leadership to manage complex schedules, coordinate priorities, and ensure continuity across meetings, decisions, and follow-through actions. You will serve as a key operational anchor, helping leadership maintain clarity, momentum, and focus in a fast-moving environment.
