Responsibilities
Job Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail stores and corporate positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, consultancies, and walk-ins.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and hiring plans.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule further interview rounds.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined timelines.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Build talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
Conduct recruitment drives, campus hiring, and walk-in interviews when required.
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding and recruitment-related initiatives.
Work closely with HR and operations teams for smooth manpower management.
