PES Supply (A PES Global Group Company) is expanding its operations in India and looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our fast-growing logistics division at Portlandia Logistics.
If you have experience in building materials, electrical components, or renewable energy equipment, and enjoy working in a structured, operations-driven environment — this role is for you.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, and inventory
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams
- Handle documentation for materials including electrical and renewable equipment
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues with a proactive approach
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems
✅ Requirements
- Experience in materials, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Background in electrical, construction, or renewable energy products preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Basic knowledge of order processing, invoicing, and shipment tracking
