ROLE OVERVIEW
The Brand Marketing Executive will own Leor Clinic’s content and brand presence end-to-end, from
ideation all the way through to execution. We need someone who can think sharp, move fast and
deliver consistently. You will be the driving force behind our Instagram presence, content calendar,
campaign execution and in-house brand consistency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Instagram Content Ownership
▸ Own the Instagram content function end-to-end… idea → shoot → edit → publish.
▸ Plan and produce a consistent mix of Reels, Stories, carousels, and static content that is on-
brand and engagement-driven.

▸ Develop content angles and narratives that balance education, inspiration, and conversion.
▸ Stay ahead of Instagram trends, formats, audio trends, and algorithm shifts and translate them
into actionable content.
▸ Build a content pipeline that ensures the team is never reactive, always planned.
Monthly Content Calendar
▸ Plan and manage a structured monthly content calendar aligned with content buckets, business
goals, clinic offers, and seasonal moments.
▸ Coordinate content deadlines across shoots, editing, approvals, and publishing.
▸ Ensure the calendar reflects a healthy mix of content types – brand storytelling, treatment
education, social proof, and promotional.
Campaign Planning & Execution
▸ Conceptualise and execute campaigns for treatment launches, seasonal moments, clinic events,
and special occasions.
▸ Develop campaign briefs with clear objectives, messaging, visual direction, and timelines.
▸ Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, from concept sign-off through to post-campaign
performance review.
Brand Management
▸ Be the guardian of Leor Clinic brand identity – voice, visual language, and tone of communication.
▸ Ensure every piece of content, caption, and creative asset is consistent with brand standards.
▸ Build and maintain an up-to-date brand reference guide for internal use.
▸ Review and approve all content before it goes live to ensure brand compliance.
Shoot & Execution Coordination
▸ Plan and coordinate content shoots – including briefing, shot lists, styling direction, and on-ground
supervision.
▸ Work closely with designers, video editors, and content creators to bring ideas to life.
▸ Manage timelines and deliverables across all content production efficiently
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Background
2-5 years of experience in content creation, social media, or brand marketing roles.
Hands-on experience managing Instagram – Reels, Stories, and static content.
▸ Proven track record of building or growing a brand’s social media presence.
▸ Experience coordinating content shoots and working with creative teams.
Skills & Instincts
▸ Strong content instinct – knows what works on Instagram and why.
▸ Sharp eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling, and brand consistency.
▸ Ability to execute at pace, not just ideate this role rewards doers.
▸ Understanding of shooting, editing workflows, and content production basics
Platform & Trend Awareness
▸ Deep, current understanding of Instagram formats, trends, and algorithm behavior.
▸ Ability to spot a trend early and adapt it to the Leor brand quickly.
▸ Working knowledge of content scheduling, analytics, and performance tools.
▸ Awareness of broader digital and cultural moments that can be leveraged for content.

relationships, and integrating creator content into the brand’s overall content strategy.
