Job Title: Recruitment Associate (Freshers) – Walk-In Drive

Location: Noida, Sector 62

Employment Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and driven freshers for the role of Recruitment Associate in our India Staffing business. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in recruitment, talent acquisition, and client engagement within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines

• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships

• Understand job requirements and support end-to-end recruitment processes

• Maintain accurate records and reports in recruitment systems

Eligibility Criteria:

• BBA / B.Com / B.Tech / MBA (2025 pass-outs)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build relationships and influence candidates

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets

Walk-In Drive Details:

• Dates: Tuesday & Wednesday, 5th & 6th May

• Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Venue: Graphix Tower-1, 7th Floor, Block – A, Sector – 62, Noida – 201301.
