Facilities Administrator Full Time

The Facilities Administrator will ensure seamless daily functioning of the workplace by managing facility operations, vendor coordination, maintenance activities, safety compliance, and administrative support. This role is critical in maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and partners.

What You’ll Do:

• Facilities Operations: Manage daily facility activities, inspections, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and timely issue resolution
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with facility vendors (housekeeping, security, cafeteria, HVAC), manage CCTV/access control, monitor SLAs, and support contract renewals
• Office Administration: Handle office supplies, pantry/HK inventory, procurement, seating allocation, workstation setup, and facilities-related onboarding support
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure safety and statutory compliance, conduct fire drills/EHS activities, maintain safety records, and support visitor/access management
• Budget & Reporting: Assist with facility budgets, track expenses and invoices, and maintain operational reports and documentation

What You Bring:

• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of facility management operations, vendor handling, and office administration
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to facility issues
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic facility management tools/systems
