Role Description

Vimal Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Regional Modern Trade Manager to oversee and grow modern trade operations in Surat. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining key account relationships, leading a team to achieve sales and profitability targets, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The candidate will also monitor market trends, manage distributors, implement promotional activities, and track sales performance to drive business growth in the designated region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in modern trade management, retail sales, and key account handling
• Strong skills in market analysis, strategic planning, and business development
• Effective leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management abilities
• Proficiency in sales forecasting, performance tracking, and execution of promotional plans
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of the processed foods and beverages or FMCG sector preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
