Position: Assistant Manager – HR & Admin
Work Location: Shimoga, Karnataka
Experience: Minimum 5 Years of experience in Human Resources Operations & Administraion.
Salary: 30,000 – 50,000 per month
Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – HR & Admin to manage and support end-to-end HR operations at our factory. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, payroll coordination, HR compliance, performance monitoring, and overall workforce management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with experience in handling factory or manufacturing workforce operations.

Human Resource Management
Business Administration
Personnel Management
Industrial Relations
Required Skills:
MBA – HR is preferred
Strong experience in HR Operations & Employee Admin works.
Coordinate interviews and employee joining formalities.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
Experience handling recruitment and onboarding processes
Knowledge in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Employee grievance handling and conflict resolution skills
Experience in warehouse manufacturing HR operations preferred
Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance & HR policies
Ability to manage employee records and HR documentation
Conduct employee engagement and retention activities
Experience in performance management and appraisal coordination
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS & Zoho software preferred
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments effectively
Strong organisational and leadership abilities
Manufacturing Industry Background Preferred
Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Conduct employee engagement and welfare activities.
Support performance appraisal and training activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Admin-related experience ;
Oversee day-to-day office and factory administration activities.
Handle asset management and factory supplies.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation when required.
Ensure smooth communication between departments.
Monitor administrative expenses and maintain records.
