Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Puducherry for a GI Shift Incharge. The individual in this role will oversee and manage shift operations, ensure compliance with production schedules, maintain quality and efficiency standards, and coordinate with other departments to ensure uninterrupted production activities. The GI Shift Incharge will lead and monitor a team of workers, ensure maintenance of equipment, and strictly adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to assign tasks and supervise team performance
• Production planning, scheduling, compliance management, and quality control experience
• Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace environment
• Experience in equipment maintenance and problem-solving in a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency in operational reporting and ability to analyze production metrics
• Educational background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Relevant experience in fabricated or galvanized structure production is an added advantage
