SAP MM END USER Full Time

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SAP MM End User role based in Hosur. The SAP MM End User will manage day-to-day transactions in the Materials Management module, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, stock transfers, and consumption postings. The role involves maintaining and updating material master data, vendor records, and other related master data to ensure accuracy and consistency. The individual will support end users in procurement, stores, and finance teams by resolving transaction issues, validating data, and ensuring adherence to defined business processes. The role also includes monitoring open items, preparing routine reports from SAP, supporting internal audits, coordinating with IT and functional teams for minor system enhancements, and participating in user training and process documentation.
Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Business Process related to procurement, inventory management, and materials planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Good Analytical Skills to interpret SAP reports, identify data inconsistencies, and support process improvements.
• Exposure to Consulting or stakeholder-facing activities such as gathering user requirements, documenting issues, and coordinating with functional/IT teams.
• Basic familiarity with SAP FICO processes and integration points between MM and FICO (GR/IR, invoice verification, and pricing) is an advantage.
• Experience in handling Master Data (material master, vendor master, purchasing info records) with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Prior hands-on experience as an SAP MM end user in a manufacturing or automotive company preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools for data extraction and analysis from SAP.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Effective communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and willingness to work on-site in Hosur on a regular basis.
