Role Overview:
Self-motivated individual with strong ownership to manage end-to-end merchandising for the 1P platform planning daily flows, coordinating with creatives and stakeholders, auditing websites, analysing data, and executing optimisations to drive conversions and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own merchandising charter plan and execute daily merch flows, build day-to-day plans, and coordinate with creative team for creative requests.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to enhance website performance.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including web merchandising, data reviews, and corrective actions to boost conversion and merch performance.
- Upload creatives for 1P platform products, leveraging strong Shopify merchandising expertise.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and suggest fixes for flow issues and merchandising gaps.
- Analyze funnel data, build merchandising trackers, and implement actions to optimize performance.
Required Skills & Traits:
- Proven website merchandising expertise, Shopify experience is a huge advantage
- Deep knowledge of website flows and regular auditing.
- Strong data skills for funnel analysis and tracker building.
- High ownership, self-motivation, and cross-functional coordination ability
