Corporate Barista Full Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Corporate Barista to join our team, providing exceptional coffee and beverage service to employees and guests within a dynamic corporate environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages (e.g., espresso, latte, cappuccino, americano), teas, and other specialty drinks according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain all barista equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and blenders, ensuring they are clean and in excellent working condition.
• Provide outstanding customer service, greeting each employee and guest warmly, taking orders accurately, and handling transactions efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting coffee bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and other supplies, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Educate customers on coffee selections, brewing methods, and menu items, offering recommendations as appropriate.
• Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with light food preparation, such as warming pastries or preparing simple grab-and-go items, if required.
• Uphold company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness at all times.
• Collaborate with other corporate services staff to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience.
