Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Desktop Support Specialist L1.5 | Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in an on-site role based in Bengaluru South. The role involves providing technical support for desktop computers and printers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and delivering efficient desktop support solutions. Daily tasks include resolving technical issues, ensuring system functionality, assisting with setups or upgrades, and maintaining an optimal IT environment to support operational needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Desk Top Support to ensure efficient system functionality
• Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Experience in Printer Support to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot printing systems effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for providing clear technical guidance
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, or similar) are a plus
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving technology and environment changes
