Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, corporate, and project-based roles
Partner with business leaders to understand manpower planning, hiring needs, and timelines
Lead sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and internal databases
Screen profiles, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate technical/management interviews
Single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring regular updates on hiring status, pipeline, and closures
Oversee BGV, documentation, and compliance as per company policy
Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and periodic hiring reports
Ensure adherence to company hiring policies, TATs, and quality benchmarks
Support recruitment for bids, new projects, and urgent mobilizations
