About Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is essential in elevating the visual presence of our brand across all digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to craft engaging graphics, develop compelling visual assets, and bring marketing campaigns to life through design.
This role is ideal for someone who understands visual storytelling, stays ahead of design trends, and has a solid grasp of marketing principles.
Responsibilities:

• Designing visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, email newsletters, and other promotional materials.
• Creating compelling graphics that align with the brand’s identity and enhance engagement across all platforms.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute creative content strategies.
• Designing infographics, digital advertisements, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
• Ensuring consistency of branding and messaging across all visual assets.
• Supporting video production and editing for reels, promos, or campaign clips (basic motion graphics experience is a plus).
• Working with feedback to iterate and improve design concepts.
• Staying updated with design trends and digital marketing best practices.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Canva, and Figma.
• Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and how visuals contribute to digital marketing success.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling content.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Experience creating content for both print and digital media.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic video editing and animation skills are a strong plus.
• Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Portfolio showcasing diverse design work (required for applications)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or creative team setting.
• Experience working on social media campaigns, branded content, and promotional visuals.
• Knowledge of design requirements for Canadian and Indian markets is an asset.
• Ability to work in a remote, cross-functional, and deadline-driven environment.
