Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Regional Sales Head – West, specializing in MSME/SME Sales & Supply Chain Financing (SCF). The role involves spearheading sales growth strategies, managing and expanding the portfolio of MSME/SME clients, and building strong relationships with key accounts. Additional responsibilities include leading a sales team, implementing efficient account management practices, and driving regional business development. The position requires a focus on achieving sales targets, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to develop and execute growth strategies effectively
• Expertise in Account Management to build and maintain robust client relationships
• Strong Team Management capabilities to motivate, guide, and build a high-performing sales team
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for strategic planning, market analysis, and problem-solving
• Familiarity with MSME/SME financial services, supply chain financing, and distribution networks
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Mumbai
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
