Hiring for Accounts Executive – Banking Full Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive responsible for managing bank reconciliations, SAP entries, and financial closing activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate recording of transactions, timely reconciliation, and efficient handling of vendor payments and buyer’s credit entries

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis
• Post and manage accounting entries in SAP accurately
• Handle BRS uploading and reconciliation processes within SAP
• Perform monthly and yearly closing of bank accounts and related entries
• Monitor and execute clearing of vendor payments in a timely manner
• Record and manage Buyer’s Credit transactions and related accounting entries
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in bank and SAP records
• Coordinate with internal teams and banks for smooth financial operations
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all transactions

Additional Skills:

• Good understanding of Bank Statements and transaction flows
• Working knowledge of SAP (FI Module preferred)
• Familiarity with EEFC (Exchange Earners’ Foreign Currency) Statements
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
