Dairy Manager (in SaudiArabia) Full Time

We are hiring on behalf of a leading dairy factory in SaudiArabia. We are looking for talented individuals to join our clients growing requirements.

Job Position: Dairy Production Manager

Location: On-site, Riyadh, SaudiArabia

The Dairy Manager will oversee daily dairy product operations, including receiving, storing, handling, and distributing dairy items according to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, monitoring stock rotation, minimizing wastage, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role will supervise and guide staff, maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety, and coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to meet operational targets.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Dairy Products, including types, handling requirements, shelf life, and quality parameters.
• Proficiency in Inventory Control for food and Dairy Products, including stock planning, rotation, and loss prevention.
• Background in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in dairy production, processing, retail, or distribution.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, Agriculture, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations, HACCP practices, and quality control procedures.
• Proven people management skills, including scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and team coordination.
• Ability to work on-site full time, with flexibility for peak operational hours and seasonal demand.
• Strong communication, record-keeping, and basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory systems).
