Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Growth Marketing Associate – Solar EPC. The role involves planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for solar EPC solutions across industrial and commercial segments. The associate will support market research, competitor analysis, and segmentation to identify growth opportunities in target geographies and sectors. Daily responsibilities include managing performance marketing activities, optimizing campaigns based on data insights, coordinating with sales and technical teams to create compelling proposals and collaterals, and maintaining accurate reports on key marketing metrics. The role also includes supporting brand-building initiatives, content creation for marketing assets, and collaborating with external agencies or vendors as needed.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in digital and performance marketing, including campaign setup, lead generation, and basic marketing analytics.
• Experience with content creation for marketing (presentations, brochures, case studies, emailers, and social media assets).
• Strong research and analytical skills for market mapping, competitor tracking, and pipeline reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms for lead management and nurturing is preferred.
• Basic understanding of solar energy, EPC services, or the broader renewable energy sector is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, remote teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns or projects, and deliver within deadlines.
