We’re a US-based marketing firm that works with SaaS, e-commerce, and B2B companies. We help clients build and manage paid acquisition systems across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, landing pages, tracking, reporting, and optimization.
We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketer to fully own paid acquisition strategy and execution for assigned US clients. This is not a task-based media buyer role. This is an ownership role.
You’ll own paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for assigned clients. That includes strategy, campaign architecture, budget planning, creative direction, tracking setup, launch, optimization, pacing, reporting, and ongoing performance improvement.
To get that done, you will work with our internal designers, developers, account managers, and leadership team, but you are expected to proactively coordinate with them. For example, if you need creative assets, you should be able to brief the designer clearly. If tracking is not working, you should be able to identify the issue and coordinate with the developer. If performance is weak, you should be able to explain what is happening and what needs to change.
We are looking for someone who can think independently, manage complexity, and take responsibility for outcomes.

You should be comfortable with paid media tracking and conversion QA. You do not need to be a full-stack developer, but you should understand how tracking works and be able to work with a developer to get it implemented correctly.

If you have only relied on someone else to handle all tracking for you, this role is likely not the right fit.
You should have:
This role is best suited for someone who wants true ownership, not micromanagement. You should be comfortable building campaigns from scratch, thinking strategically, explaining your decisions, coordinating with designers and developers, and being accountable for performance. If you only want to execute assigned tasks, only work in one platform, avoid tracking and QA, or need someone else to define the strategy for you, this role will not be the right fit.
Pay: ₹34,031.45 – ₹51,911.45 per month
