Job Summary**

As a Supply Chain Execution Technical Lead at Altera, you will be responsible for leading the Solution and technical design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable supply chain execution solutions. Supply Chain Planning and Execution Technical Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the development and enhancement of supply chain planning and execution solutions. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to define product visions, creating detailed user stories, and prioritizing product backlogs to align with business objectives. A strong understanding of Blue Yonder/Similar Advanced Planning Systems, AMAX and experience in product ownership and essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to translate business requirements into Functional and technical designs.
• Lead the technical implementation and support of Supply Chain Planning and custom AMAX solutions.
• Configure, customize, and optimize the Supply Chain Execution platform to meet organizational needs.
• Lead integration efforts between Supply Chain and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, BI tools).
• Oversee system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Supply Chain systems
• Develop and maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and SOPs

Job Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience as Technical Lead or Developer, with specific experience in React, .Net, JavaScript and SQL
• Knowledge of Visual studio, Github, visual studio etc
• Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience as Technical Lead or Developer, with specific experience in React, .Net, JavaScript and SQL
• Knowledge of Visual studio, Github, visual studio etc
• Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing large-scale systems implementations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience with Supply Chain Planning modules (e.g., Blue Yonder/Oracle SCM etc).
• Experience in change management and business process re-engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
