The Warehouse and Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and management of raw materials and finished goods. This includes ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient warehouse operations, and adherence to safety standards, while leading and training staff to maintain organization and timely documentation
Departmental Operations
· Responsible for receiving, storing, and maintaining records of Raw Materials (RM) and Finished Goods (FG).
· Verify stock availability in RM and FG warehouses.
· Ensure all goods received match the agreed purchase order, delivery note, and quantity.
· Oversee store control processes effectively.
· Conduct monthly physical inventory verification.
· Ensure accurate accounting of material issued and received.
· Perform periodic stock verification to maintain stock accuracy at all times.
· Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles within the standard timeframe.
· Maintain manpower records and ensure efficient utilization.
· Ensure zero wastage and zero accidents within RM and FG warehouses.
· Raise purchase requisitions in a timely manner.
Other Activities
· Monitor and ensure the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) system is followed for raw materials and finished goods.
· Manage warehouse shop floor personnel and activities.
· Train and manage store staff effectively.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
· Arrange vehicles and labor for inter-unit transfers.
· Provide required data to authorities as needed.
·Check stock levels daily and ensure accuracy.
· Complete all necessary documentation on time.
Update and maintain stack cards for all finished goods and raw materials.
3. Qualification & Experience
· Relevant degree or diploma (additional certifications preferred).
Relevant Experience:
· Proven experience in warehouse and inventory management

· As per company policy or role requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
