The Team
Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.

Mandatory Skills
•Experience with FastAPI, async processing, or event-driven systems
•Strong hands-on experience with Python (backend, data, or AI-focused roles)
•Experience building microservices or distributed systems
•Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) concepts
•Good understanding of GenAI / LLM concepts and how they are applied in real solutions
•Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Foundry, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM optimization, Agent Orchestration, Multi-Agentic AI Application development, MCP, A2A
•Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Azure AI, or similar AI/data platforms
•Exposure to MLOps or Azure DevOps practices for AI solutions
•Experience with data handling and processing using Python
•Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
•Experience working with complex integration landscapes
•Hands-on experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
•Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices
•Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models
•Strong understanding of clean coding practices, software design principles, and debugging
