Plant Commercial & Store MGR Full Time

To support the performance evaluation of vendors (RM, TM, Pumps, Primary/Secondary logistics etc.),monitor and control plant inventory and ensure uninterrupted production of RMC through timely procurement of necessary raw materials. Physical verification of stock, tagging of assets and facilitating internal audits are some other expectations from the role holder.

Contributes to and is responsible for creating and reviewing proposals for stores / raw materials, balancing both objectives of ensuring uninterrupted supply of materials / spares while also ensuring optimization of costs

• Evaluate the performance of vendors (RM, TM, Pumps, Primary/Secondary logistics etc.) periodically in line with business goals
• Monitor and control the plant inventory regularly Ensure uninterrupted production of RMC through timely procurement of aggregates, sand, fly ash, cement, GGBS, admixers at most economical price & by addressing all the contingency situations / logistics challenges
• Maintain and ensure proper and updated stores and spares at plant level so that production disruptions areavoided

Contributes to and is responsible for analyzing balance sheet and P&L account, reviewing and critically scrutinizing key financial statements and conducting physical stock verification

• Physical stock verification and accounting for gain/loss as per SOP for RMC/BPD

Contributes to and is responsible for analyzing the capex spend requirement, undertaking physical tagging, verification and insurance of assets, while also ensuring proper accounting in SAP

• Tagging and physical verification of all company assets to safeguard the assets and take corrective measures

Contributes to and is responsible for adherence to SOPs & policies, creation of internal / external benchmarks for teams and ensuring resolution of system related issues

• Facilitate the internal auditor in conducting an internal audit for regions, depots and RMC plant, system adherence status, any other information as required under the scope of internalaudit

Contributes to and is responsible for real time invoicing, custody and distribution of gifts, full and final settlement of terminated dealers and matters pertaining to BGs / LCs

• Real time invoicing basis rate circulars and provide copies to customers; ensure and check the delivery challans for quantity and rate

Contributes to and is responsible for managing key aspects pertaining to statutory audits such as liaising with tax authorities, arranging for POAs and validation of royalty slips and associated amounts

• Checking of Royalty slips for all aggregates and sand purchased for each RMC / BPD plant
