Group Manager – Finance Business Partner Full Time

Primary responsibilities:

Financial Planning, Forecasting and Control

· Partner with SCM leadership to shape and execute financial strategy aligned to business goals

· Provide financial insights for sourcing cost, logistics, and network optimization decisions

· Support long-range planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts for SCM functions

· Drive cost optimization across manufacturing, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and logistics

· Monitor cost-to-serve and work with relevant stakeholders to reduce CTS

· Track productivity metrics and deliver actionable insights to SCM leadership

· Ensure robust financial controls especially across inventory in warehouses

· Identify risks, control gaps, and process inefficiencies; recommend corrective actions

· Lead SCM financial reporting including dashboards, MIS, and variance analysis

· Lead automation and digitization initiatives across SCM finance processes

· Act as a key interface between Finance and SCM for all strategic initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant with first attempt
• 4-7 years of experience in finance with exposure to business facing roles
