Full job description
We are looking for a Ticketing Staff member with the following qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in airline ticketing.
Must have good knowledge of the Amadeus reservation system.
Should be familiar with air ticket booking, reissue, cancellation, and fare rules.
Good English speaking skills are mandatory.
Strong email communication and drafting skills are mandatory.
Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to write professional emails and maintain proper communication with clients and airlines.
Should be able to work independently and handle customer queries efficiently.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
