About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and define hiring strategies
- Source candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role fitment
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless hiring process
- Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and candidate engagement
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain MIS reports, and provide regular updates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication
- Take full ownership of assigned roles and ensure closure within defined TAT
- Should own the responsibility of the position hiring for
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 4–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment ( IT hiring)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in sourcing and recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
