Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot for the Jr. Executive – Admin & HR position. The individual will manage administrative and HR responsibilities, including overseeing general office administration, providing executive administrative support, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, managing employee records, organizing meetings, and assisting with HR-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and General Administrative tasks.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills for team collaboration and relationship management.
• Proven skills in Administrative Assistance and effective Communication.
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with office tools and software such as MS Office.
• Previous experience in an Admin or HR role is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
