IT Solution Architect -NPAC Full Time

We are looking for job title : Solution Expert – NPAC (Network Policy Audit and Control) Service

You’ll create impact by

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for Siemens factories using the NPAC service across IT and OT stakeholders.
• Lead service onboarding, requirement clarification, and solution alignment with Service Management and OPS teams.
• Design, operate, and continuously improve the Zabbix platform, including infrastructure management, templating, dashboards, alerts, and integrations.
• Translate monitoring and operational needs into scalable Zabbix implementations that support consistent service delivery.
• Analyse monitoring data and share actionable insights with customers and internal teams.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing expert for Tufin, driving firewall policy analysis, findings review, and optimisation recommendations.
• Define mitigation strategies by analysing security assessments and penetration test reports for NPAC solutions.
• Maintain protection concepts, role and authorisation models, and security documentation aligned with Siemens security, Zero Trust, and compliance requirements.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including

• Bring 8–10 years total experience, including 5 years relevant experience in customer-facing, technical service roles.
• Apply strong network fundamentals across firewalls, routing, and switching in both IT and OT environments.
• Demonstrate hands-on Zabbix experience in platform administration, customisation, and solution design.
• Use expert-level Tufin knowledge, including SecureTrack, SecureChange, and policy analysis concepts.
• Apply security concepts such as firewall policy management, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies.
• German language skills are highly desirable
• Communicate clearly in English across technical and management levels, working optimally in a CET time zone within a global virtual team.
