🚀 Hiring: Head – Manufacturing & Supply Chain Systems

📍 Location: Kolkata

💰 CTC: Up to ₹47 LPA

We are looking for a senior IT Applications Leader with strong FMCG/Manufacturing domain expertise and hands-on ERP transformation experience.

⚠️ Please apply only if you have experience in FMCG/Manufacturing organizations and have led ERP implementation programs.

Key Requirements:

✅ 12+ years of IT Applications / Enterprise Systems experience

✅ Minimum 5 years in IT leadership roles

✅ Strong understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution, and Finance business processes

✅ Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA

✅ Must have participated in at least 1–2 end-to-end ERP implementations

✅ Experience managing enterprise applications supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Distribution operations

✅ Team leadership experience managing functional consultants, business analysts, and support teams

✅ Vendor and System Integrator management experience

✅ Exposure to Digital Transformation, Automation, Analytics, and Process Digitization initiatives

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT (MBA preferred)
