In this role, you’ll contribute to the growth and development of Deloitte’s various businesses and offerings as a creative leader. Every day you’ll use your skills to collaborate with fellow creatives and strategists to turn ideas into smart, effective campaigns aimed at business decision makers in the US

Work you’ll do

As a Specialist Manager, Design on the Marketing, Brand & Communications team, you will be responsible for:

• Working alongside creative leadership to concept and oversee bold, integrated campaigns for the Deloitte brand
• Leading creative teams to execute cross-channel projects that are strategically aligned, on time, and on budget
• Managing the creative process, reviewing output, and optimizing work quality across deliverables
• Researching marketing trends, strategies, and technologies to identify best-fit tools and approaches across media
• Creating and directing visuals across print, digital, video, web, visual identity, and style guide development
• Leading junior team members by providing guidance, feedback, and development support

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Fine Arts, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 14+ years of in-house or agency experience supporting integrated, cross-channel campaigns
• Portfolio demonstrating at least six campaigns across national or international brands
• Experience concepting and developing creative work for client or stakeholder review
• Experience leading creative teams and managing talent development
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite across digital, traditional, and emerging delivery models
• Experience building relationships with stakeholders in matrixed environments

Preferred:

• Experience presenting ideas, recommendations, and creative rationale to leadership teams
• Experience managing multiple technical or creative projects with competing deadlines
• Experience using project management systems to manage workflows, collaboration, and assets
• Experience coaching junior team members on performance and career development
